1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Haatix website (located in Hisar, Haryana, India) or purchasing our 3D printed miniatures, statues, and tabletop terrain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & 3D Printing Specifications

Haatix specializes in high-detail resin 3D printed miniatures and physical goods. All miniatures are printed at precision micron resolutions using premium UV-curable resins.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

All orders placed on Haatix are subject to product availability and order acceptance. Prices are displayed in INR (₹) / local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India and internationally from our facility in Hisar, Haryana. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

5. Damaged Items & Replacement Policy

If your miniatures arrive damaged due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at haatix1@gmail.com or +91 9728377852 with photos.
